Looks like 2012 will be a year for arts :)

I'm excited to update my DA with my latest works. Since August last year I struggled to get back to drawing and tried to improve. I think I've improved a bit and I hope to get better this year. Thanks to Ozine and Komikon for the chance to join other indie artists, thus providing us with the much needed drive and inspiration. If not for those 3 events last year I wouldn't be inspired to pick up that sketchpad again. ^_^

Also I'm very thankful to receive a watercolor tutorial book (Keeping a Watercolor Sketchbook by Brenda Swenson) from our kris kringle last month. I've only started to self-study watercolor painting and the book was a lot of help because the artist samples are the type of watercolor paintings I want to learn to do.

Aside from watercolor painting and my fanarts, hopefully I would get better at drawing anatomy this year, because my headshot drawings are becoming boring :)
